He is survived by: his brother Sam Allen (Angie) of Keavy, Kentucky; his nephews, Wade Ball, Kaibry of Corbin and Khris Ball (Allie) of London, Kentucky; his great-nephew Leo Brown; and his great-niece Livia Renee Ball. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
