He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Caldwell and Myrna Caldwell; and his brother Robert Jones. He is survived by: his wife June Eddington of Newport; his children, Alan Kevin Caldwell Jr. (Hannah Leatherwood) of Newport, Samantha Caldwell of Newport and Kasey Hannah (Jadon) of Kodak; his brother Scott Caldwell of Asheville, NC; his grandsons, Axl Caldwell of Newport and Cade Lamons of Newport; and his close friend Melody Hatfield of Dandridge.
A graveside service was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hatfield Cemetery.
