She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Bill, Ruby Williamson, Buck and Beulah McCarter. She is survived by: her parents, Larry McCarter and Kathy McCarter; and her daughter Gracee Suggs.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel (363 E Main St, Newport, TN 37821). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Union Cemetery (420 Mineral St, Newport, TN 37821-3900).
