He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his sister Ruth Caraway; his sons, John D. Caraway (Sheree) and Douglas Caraway (Amber Brown); his grandchildren, Jessica Perkins (Caraway), John E. Caraway, Cody Caraway, Peyton Caraway and Brennan Caraway; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Eleana, Paislee and Kemper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
