He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Messer; his granddaughter Rachel Messer; his sister Lola Hembree; his siblings-in-law, Jessie Greene (Robin), Clyde Greene (Debbie), Vanessa Messer and Flora Messer; his grandchildren, Laynee, Brookstyn, Addie and Truett; and his nephew Carson.
