He is survived by: his significant other Betty Jo Bell Ford; his children, Kevin Ford (Kelly) and Karen Ford Martin (John); his grandchildren, Taylor Ford, John Martin IV, Madison Ford and Josie Kate Martin; his great grandchildren, Kace Porter, Blakelee-Anne Harvey, Victoria and Axel Jones; his sisters, Joyce Johnson (Johnny), Frieda Davis (Drew) and Bonnie Parker (Jack); his siblings-in-law, Jan Caughron (Jerry), Ginger Sue Cantrell and Tommy Bell (Joyce); his uncle Nathan; and his aunt Mary Ford. He is also survived by his family and special friends.
