He is survived by: his mother Joyce Phillips; his significant other Jenny Cothran; his son Haskell Fine, Jr.; his stepchildren, Brittany Belcher and Jordan Belcher; and his siblings, Diane McCarter, Tracy Cameron, Gwenda Fine and Scotty Bryant. He is also survived by grandchild Killian Bible; also several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other family, and friends.
