We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2025, at the age of 100, Helen Lee Bush of Newport, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, S. A. Lee and Zora Goodnough Lee; her husband Edgar Dulin Bush of Chestnut Hill; her siblings, Kermit (Vivian Lee), Robert (Sylvia Lee) and Aileen; and her brother-in-law Bill Menzies.
She is survived by: her brother Fred; her sister-in-law Juanita Lee of Parrottsville; her sibling's children, Bonnie Bishop (Randy) of Greer, SC, Deborah Boyd (David), Burton Lee (Robyn) of Greenville, SC, Steve Mitchell (Tammy) of Bluefield, WV and Tina Wilson; her great-nephew Zachary (Leslie); her great-niece Mandy (Steven); her stepgrandson Mickey (Lynne); and her close friends, Jo Ellen Boone, Karen Maddox, Ruth Paresciani and Betty Wines. She is also survived by several great-great-nieces and nephew.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel (363 E Main St, Newport, TN 37821). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
