He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Belcher and Pearl Belcher; and his sisters, Debbie Belcher and Pam Belcher. He is survived by: his children, Scottie Belcher (Tiffany) of Bybee, Jerry Belcher, Jr. of Newport, David Holt of White Pine, Wendy Belcher of Bybee and Gracie South of Newport; the mother of his children Angel Holt; his siblings, Patsy Belcher of Newport and Eddie Belcher of Newport; his grandchildren, Kenny, Raven, Isaac, Julia, David Waylon Donavan and Savannah; and his great grandchild Elysium.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Manes Funeral Home West Chapel (363 E Main St, Newport, TN 37821). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at the Dunn Cemetery.
