She is survived by: her husband William McCarter; her children, Alexis McCarter, Isaiah McCarter and Isaac McCarter; and her sisters, Naomi Surber (Brandon), Brooke Hall and Kelly Cardwell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
