He is survived by: his wife Debra Ponder of Newport; his children, Joe Ponder (Melissa) of Parrottsville and Tammy Palmer (Tyson) of Parrottsville; his siblings, Brian Lee (Carrie) of Corryton, Linda Lemming (John) of Stockbridge, GA and Danny Coffey (Betty) of Newport; his grandchildren, Jaydyn, Johanah Ponder, Makayla and Saydee Palmer; and his nieces and nephews, Joseph, Callie Lemming, Alicia, Jennifer and Kristin. He is also survived by several other great nieces, great nephew; and a host of other family and friends.
