She is survived by: her husband Donald Welch; her daughter Bettie Welch; her grandchildren, Rashaun, Olivia and Maddox Cole; her siblings, Tommy Freeman (Jennifer), Rickie Freeman (Dawn) of Millville, NJ and Debara Ukolowicz (Ed) of Tavares, FL; and her mother-in-law Jean Gatto. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
