He was predeceased by: his wife Bonita Moore; his parents, Sargent Frank and Polly Moore; his brother Michael Frank Moore; his aunts and uncles, Joe Carroll, Carolyn Owenby, Cindy Moore, Gene Carroll, Chuck Carroll, Burl, Edna Ottinger, Roy, Inez Fowler, James, Nellie Carroll, Walter "Penny" and Dixie Hance; and his cousins, James "Jim" Carroll and Gary Fowler.
He is survived by: his pet Daisy; his daughters, Jennifer Moore, Tabatha (Lee Knight), Luchrisa Hatalovsky and Cynthia Walters; his grandchildren, Kassie Breeden (Zack Breeden), Ariel Sexton (Bryce Ballard), LeAnn Knight, Jordan Sharp (Sky Letteer), Joshua Knight (Larissa Bailey), Carolyn Walters and Xeoie Moore; his great grandchildren, Jaxson and Hazel Knight; his sister-in-law Dorothy Moore; his sibling's children, Paulena (David Tripucka) and Michael Moore; his great-niece Sarah (Elijah Hodge); his great-nephew Calab Tripucka; and his cousins, Tim, Emily Carroll of Mary Helen, Mark Carroll, Wayne Carroll, Judy Fowler, Lisa Ottinger and Larry Ottinger.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Horner Dougherty Pavillion (3075 Floyd Hall Dr, Morristown, TN 37814).
