He was predeceased by : his parents, Greer Baxter and Mary Ellen Baxter; and his brothers, Anthony, Lewis and Donald Baxter.
He is survived by : his wife Joyce Baxter; his daughters, Jerrika Williams (Justin) and Jade Spann (Steven Laws); his siblings, Jack Baxter (Dale), Danny Phillips, Jane Ann Turner (Bill) of Newport and Faye Ball (Brian) of Cosby; and his grandchildren, Eston, Hazel Williams, Brantley Spann and Abel Loy.
