He is survived by: his wife Brenda Cook; his children, Tabitha Rolen, Everette Cook, Ronald Lee Cook (Tina), John Dale Cook, Shane Cook, Rodney Cook, Robbie Cook, Ricky Dabbs (Marcia), James Allen Ragon, Shantia Lewis (Mark), Sarah Carver (Ethan) and Isaiah Mitchell; his stepdaughters, Chrystal Artica (Hector) and Rebecca Mitchell (BennyRay); his grandchildren, Jason Artica (Brittany), Maria Webber (Josh), Isaiah Mitchell, Justin Cook, Dustin Cook (Patricia), Hailey Cook, Joshua Cook, Jericho Presley, Jordan Cook, John Cook, Ashley Cook, Nicky Dabbs, Vance Ragon, McKinley Newton and Matthew Ragon; his great grandchildren, Willow Lewis, Oliver Lewis, Maverick Carver, Ava Bailey, Jace Bailey, Gabriel Bailey, Alexis Webber, Jade Artica, Tysen Lackey, Delilah Cook, Abram Cook, Aubrie Cook, Harrison Cook and Abigail Cook; and his brothers, Johnny Cook (Gail), Leonard Cook (Mary) and David Cook (Judith).
