He is survived by: his son Michael Haney of Newport; his grandchildren, Michael Santana Haney, Destiny Desiree Brooks and Michael Dewan Nichols; his sisters-in-law, Brenda Reed of Parrottsville and Barbara Reed of Alabama; and his nieces and nephews, Tjara Reed, Uriah Reed, Mekian Reed, Shakyra Reed, Tristan Brown, Charles "Chucky" Reed, Chandler Reed, Charles E.
