She was predeceased by: her sister Janet Norwood. She is survived by: her husband William K. "Bill" Shell of Niota, Tenn.; her daughter Wilma Kay Shell (Tenn) of Maynardville; and her grandchildren, Winston Gammon of Knoxville, Amanda Gammon of Knoxville and Johnathon Gammon of Knoxville.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the McMinn Memory Gardens (1727-1739 Co Rd 560, Athens, TN 37303).
