He is survived by: his former wife Doris Finan (Erin Finan); his children, Lisa Palinsky, Nicole Cruz (Renald Cruz), Frank McCarl (Paula McCarl) and Ronald "Tony" Anthony Palinsky (Kimberly "Kimmy" Palinsky); his siblings, Rudy, Bobby Palinsky, MaryAnn O'Brien and Renee Oldaker; his grandchildren, Jasmine Jones, Evan McCarl, Micheal Schaefer, Reganne McCarl, Nicholas Palinsky, Anthony Palinsky, Dylan Schaefer, Sunny Cruz and Cole Cruz; his friend Jeff Smith; and his granddaughter-in-law Elora Battaglia.
