He is survived by: his wife Denise Gardner Powell; his daughter Sarah Powell White; his grandchildren, Alex of Niota, Aleeya White of Niota and Bobby White; his siblings-in-law, Debra Lewis (Joel) of Athens and Kenneth L. Gardner of San Antonio, TX.; and his close friends, Jerry, Janice Ingram, Rev. Bill, Martha Dawson, Robert Sewell (Cotton), Johnny, Darlene Morgan, Keith and Judy Pettitt.
