It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Hofferbert of Nolensville, Tennessee, who passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Winston and Ann Elizabeth Bowers; and her siblings, Helen Shacklett, Winston Bowers, Ida Dee Meyers, Mildred Hunter, Marie Gardner, Phillip Bowers, Billy Ray Bowers and Margaret Ann Nicholson.

She is survived by : her husband Jerry F. Hofferbert; her children, Stanley (Donna), Brian (Shannon), Dana (David) and Katelyn Noonan; her grandchildren, AnnaBeth, Haley (Nick), Heather (Kody), Madeline (Andrew), Brady, Jacob and Rebecca; her great grandchildren, Noah and Emmy; and her sister Imogene Markum.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Ellis Funeral Home (2627 Nolensville Pk, Nashville, TN 37211). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery.
