He is survived by: his girlfriend Heather Willard; his children, Chris Willard (Annie) of La Vergne, Shalyn Willard of Murfreesboro and Kallie Willard of Florence, Alabama; his parents, James Willard (Judy) of Morrison and Roxanna Willard (Dale Brady) of Kentucky; his siblings, Brandon Willard of Nashville and Amber Willard (Devin Hall) of Nashville; his granddaughter Mya Willard of La Vergne; his grandmothers, Dorothy Scott of Murfreesboro and Ellie Herrera of California; and his nieces, Kira Keene and Marley Willard of Nashville. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and other nieces and nephews.
