He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Jean Kline and John Kline Sr.; his stepmother Fern Kline; and his brother John F. Kline, Jr. (Trudy). He is survived by: his wife Elaine K. Kline (Anderson); his children, Mitchell Kline (Jennifer) and Gina Cotton (Stephen); his grandchildren, Harper, Miller Kline, Breelyn and Callie Cotton; and his nieces and nephews, Glenn Barr (Janet), James Kline (Nancy), Curt Haugen (Jess), Dana Barr, Cheryl Barr, Laura Edwards (Kevin) and Julie Dubs (Josh).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association as a tribute to David.
