He was predeceased by: his former wife Diane Soper; and his children, Mary Soper and Joshua Soper. He is survived by: his wife Janet Soper; and his children, Tina Williams, Frances Ford (Shannon), Kristen Wissmar (Nathan), Jason Skinner (Susan) and Kevin Skinner. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
