He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his son Matthew (Meagan); his grandchildren, Jack, Colette and Michaux; his son Timothy (Ashley); his grandchildren, Autumn Rose and Jake; his son Daniel (April); his grandchildren, Selah and Shiloh; his daughter Olivia; his sister Jennifer "Jenny" Phelan Locklear; his brother-in-law Jimmy; his nieces and nephews, Jameson, Justin and Jed; Jules.
