He is survived by: his children, David Bryant and Clarice Marie; his wife Ruth Marie Watkins; his grandchildren, Alicia Mercer Newberry, Johnny Hood (Kaitlin) and Celia Hood Brinlee (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Tyler, Austin (Kadance), Gracie Hood, Rylan and Roman Brinlee; and his sisters, Betty Self (Linn) and Darlene Ablard (Charles). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Christ Church - Wallace Chapel (15354 Old Hickory Blvd, Nashville, TN 37211). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wallace Chapel (15354 Old Hickory Blvd, Nashville, TN 37211).
