He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Williams and Martha Rachel Williams; and his wife Peggy Mayes Williams. He is survived by: his children, Donna Lowe (Mark) and Jeff Mayes (Gwen); his grandchildren, Lindsey Sutherland (Taylor) and Daniel Owens (Paige); his sister Rachel Warren (Charles); and his cousin Glenna Paty. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
