He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Gallagher and Bernie Gallagher; and his brothers, Bill and Mickey Gallagher. He is survived by: his wife Teri Gallagher; his daughters, Hannah Elizabeth Gallagher of Saint Louis, MO, Madeline Claire Gallagher of Johnson City, TN and Katherine Abigail Gallagher of Normandy, TN.; and his siblings, Sue Welch, Margie Gallagher and David Gallagher. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
