He was predeceased by: his parents, Ada Mae Raby (Welch) and Jesse James Raby; his siblings, Hubert, Kenneth, Maxine, Elwin, Orlena and James; and his grandson Gavin.
He is survived by: his wife Doris "Jean" Raby (Hopkins); his children, Denise, Tracy and Troy (Donna); his grandchildren, Miranda, Justine, Rachel, Adam, Gino, Mason, Anna and Nathan; and his sisters, Vila Zverina (Raby) and Wanda Elliott (Raby). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
