She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Ellis Forsythe and Sarah Elizabeth Blanton Forsythe; her husband Boyd Wayne Jones; and her stepson William "Scott" Jones. She is survived by: her children, Angela Medley, Cates (Robert) of Normandy, Jeffrey Sullivan (Rebekah) of Flintville, Mark Sullivan of Cookeville, Chris Sullivan (Colleen) of Ashland City, Jason Medley (Ashlee) of Columbia and Cody Medley of Lawrenceburg; her stepsons, Randall Dean Jones (Sherry) of Mt. Pleasant and Boyd Wayne Jones II (Patricia) of Columbia; her siblings, Stella Louise Davis, Lloyd Forsythe Jr. and Jerry Wayne Forsythe; and her close friend Norma Jean Hastings. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 14 step grandchildren; several great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
