He is survived by: his brother Randy Williams of Norris; his sibling's children, Zack Williams (Brooke) of LaFollette, Drew Williams of Norris, Olivia Williams and Chantel Fleming (Dakota) of Clinton; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Maleah, Carter, Ruby and Hendrix Fleming of Clinton; his sister-in-law Laura Williams of Harriman; and his close friend Jeri Ann Stonecipher of Cleveland.
