He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Hall Smith and Wanda Smith (Cunningham); and his brothers, Dan Smith, Bill Smith and Ricky Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Austin Smith, Bridget Smith and Kala West (Joseph); his sisters, Suzanne Gammon and Kay Ross (Alan); his grandchildren, Mauricio Smith, America Smith and Maliah Morris; his great grandchild Maylee Grace Martinez; and his nephew Cecil Gammon (Norri). He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Cheatham County Funeral Home (117 Elizabeth St, Ashland City, TN 37015). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
