He was loved and cherished by many people including: wife: Michelle Phillips; children: Jolee Phillips, Austin Phillips and Preston Quindry; parents: Kathy and Andy Bowman, Tim Phillips; brothers: Chris Bowman and Jordy Phillips; sisters: Ashton Earwood, Melinda Phillips, and Dusty Raqeeb; grandparents: Verma Lee Brown, Don Roberts, and Lanie Phillips; cousins: Skyler Ledford and Savannah Craven; along with a host of other loving and cherished family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sharp Funeral Home (209 Roane St, Oliver Springs, TN 37840). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
