He is survived by: his wife Jayne McClendon Hathorne; his son Matthew Alan Hathorne; his sisters-in-law, Sandra Augustus (Gerald) and Brenda Bunch (Chuck); his nieces, Julie Bunch Barber (late Gil) and Anne Augustus Moriak (Steve); his nephew Chris Augustus (Dina); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Daniel Augustus, Molly Moriak, Elizabeth Augustus and Frank Moriak; and his cousin Mike Bosworth (Linda).
