It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annette Justice Southard (Oak Ridge, Tennessee), born in Oliver Springs, Tennessee, who passed away on April 27, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Lester V. Justice. She is survived by: her husband Tom Southard of Oak Ridge; her children, Dana Longest (Joe) of Cleveland, TN and Cody Southard of Knoxville; her grandchildren, Anna Grace Longest and Ethan Longest of Cleveland, TN; her mother Peggy Justice of Oak Ridge; and her siblings, Jeanie Schrimpf, Donna Melton and Jerry Justice.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Robertsville Baptist Church.
