She is survived by: her mother Alice Priscilla Phillips; her husband Russell Edgar Hale; her stepmother Faye Phillips; her children, Matthew Lloyd Hale and Candace Dawn Atkinson (Shawn); her grandchildren, Andrew Michael Hale (Gage Shelton), Gabrielle Katarina Atkinson (Drake Henderson), Alicia Brooke Atkinson (Tristan Gonzalez), Luke Baccus Atkinson and Trevor Carroll; her great grandchildren, Armani Romero Gonzalez and Clementine Grace Henderson; and her brothers, James Allan Phillips, William Darrell Phillips (Jeanne), Brian Keith Phillips and Daniel Ray Phillips (Amy).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Holley Gamble Funeral Home (621 S Charles G Seivers Blvd, Clinton, TN 37716). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
