She is survived by: her children, Judy Dow Kelly (Roger) of Oak Ridge, Brenda Markland Knoch (Earl) of Oak Ridge and Neal Dow Jr. (Jeri) of Dacula, Georgia.; her grandchildren, Mike Kelly Oak Ridge (Jennifer), Todd Stubbs Knoxville (Beth), Whitney Dow Lovern (Kent), Wiley Knoch Denver (Sara) of Colorado and Meredith Dow Moore Dacula (Chad); her great grandchildren, Dane, Olivia, Carly, Caitlin, Madeline, Isaac, Kaiden and Chyler; her friend Kay Steed; and her caregivers, Jean, Ann, Gina, Amy, Regina and Sandra.
