He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Franklin Rogers and Rachel Wilson Rogers; his siblings, James Drexal Rogers, Annabelle Rogers Richardson and Franklin R. Rogers; and his stepson Dixon Walters.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Rogers; his sister Ruth Rogers Hawkins (Duain); his children, Barnett William Rogers (Gena) and Lori Rogers Rickard (David); his grandsons, Robert and Brandon Rogers; and his stepchildren, Robert Keith Walters (Silviya) and Jennifer Walters Batts (Gary).
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the West Village Christian Church (637 Robertsville Rd, Oak Ridge, TN 37830).
