He is survived by: his wife Alma Jean Lively; his sisters, Zola Sue Leech and Wilby Ledford (Don Ledford); his children, Tonya Lively Collins and Matthew Lively; and his children-in-law, Todd Collins, Cathleen Keomaka, Laura Snyder, Jordan Snyder and Lydia Snyder. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and close friends.
