It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Sue Riggs of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, who passed away on March 9, 2026, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Brenda leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Brenda may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Cowart and Betty Cowart. She is survived by: her son Rowdy Riggs of Oak Ridge; her granddaughter Alyssa Riggs of Oak Ridge; and her close friends, Karen and Betty.
