She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Smith and Ruby Smith; and her brother Stephen Smith. She is survived by: her husband Paul Maples; her sister Janie Black; her stepdaughters, Jeannie Ullrich (Peter Ullrich) and Susanne Guy (Mason Guy); her grandchildren, Abraham Ullrich, Jennica Ullrich, Rockne Ullrich, Bradley Guy, Matthew Guy and Bridget Guy; her nephew Craig Black (Elizabeth Black); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Joel Black, Elenora Black and Peter Black; her niece Alison Trammell (Brandon Trammell); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Asa, Jonathan, Audrey and Leaf; her niece Alesha Cronkright (Casey Cronkright); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Charlie and Ozzy; and her brother-in-law Mark Maples.
