She is survived by: her daughters, Jody Crisp of Clinton, TN and Andrea Slate (Stacy) of Montrose, Colorado; her grandchildren, Kristen Webb (Aaron) of Clinton, TN, Brooke Hamby of Oak Ridge, TN, Steven Slate (Ashley Walnut) and Lauren Slate of Colorado Springs, CO; her great grandchildren, Blair, Jax, Ava and Kason; her nephew Patrick Wade (Bryan); her niece Tina Wade; and her cousin Carla Soggiu-Holzmann (Pino).
