She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Cunningham and Charlotte Baker Cunningham; her husband Thomas David Byers; her daughter Mary Moe; and her siblings, Tiny, Pete, Clyde Jr., Lester Cunningham, Mary Talbert, Patty Smith and Nancy Price.
She is survived by: her children, Robert J. Byers (Gail) of Clinton and Charlotte Wright (Kyle) of Claxton; her grandchildren, Robert Moe (Danaila), Tommy Moe (Allison), Kacy Moe, Cynthia Smith (Adam), Derek Byers (Kayla) and Amber Byers; her great grandchildren, Sydney Moe, Catherine Brickmyer, Aniyah Moe, Peyton Smith and Ayden Moe; her niece Tammy Smith; and her close friends, Charlotte Justice, Sue Copley, Barbara and Larry Sweat. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
