She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Burns and Annie Burns; her husband Ron; her siblings, Betty Burns Cobb, Bobbie Ann Burns, Ralph Anderson Burns and Ralph Wallow Burns, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Stephen P. Cobb.
She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine Ann Kortman (Peter) of Bluffton, SC and Patricia Gray Newberry (Steve) of Lake; her sister-in-law Frances Dorsey Cobb of Bloomfield, CT; and her grandchildren, Caitlin Follansbee, Laura Follansbee, Erica Gray, Kelson Gray and Bretton Gray. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
