She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Sidney Vaughn and Dora Fitzgerald Vaughn; her husband John J. Keyes, Jr.; and her siblings, Sidney Vaughn, Max Vaughn, Dorcas Goodman and Edith Vaughn-Parker.

She is survived by: her sons, John J. Keyes, III (Robi) of Charlottesville, VA and Richard A. Keyes (Marcela) of Jupiter, FL.; her grandchildren, John J. Keyes IV (Laura) of Hoboken, NJ, Lindsay K. Edwards (Evan) of Kronberg, Germany, Brett A. Keyes (Lauren) of Brooklyn, NY and Gabriela A. Keyes of Jupiter, FL.; and her great grandchildren, Harrison Edwards, Anderson Edwards, Sawyer Edwards, Alex Keyes and Judson Keyes.

Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made to the American Red Cross.
