He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvis Mitchell Weaver and Cora Elizabeth Welch Weaver; his siblings, Hugh, Don (Nancy), Herb, J. R., Lillian Weaver and Dixie Marcua (Al) of Clover, NC; and his brother-in-law Bob Surrette.

He is survived by: his wife Wanda Irene Kincaid Weaver; his daughters, Nicole McMillan (Chris) of Knoxville and Carolyn Miller (Charles) of Seymour; his sister Ruth Surrette of Seymour; his sisters-in-law, Margaret Weaver of Covington, GA and Louise Weaver of Seymour; his grandchildren, Nathanial McMillan and Devin Weaver (Callie); his great grandchildren, Lakelyn, Jaxson and Adalyn Weaver; and his friends, Allen "Blondie" Brannam of Loudon and Billy Romine of Oak Ridge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
