He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Cottrell and Ruby Cottrell. He is survived by: his wife Katie Stooks Cottrell; his son David Cottrell (Kristen Moeller); his brother Dan Cottrell (Paula); and his nephews, Brandon and Ryan Cottrell.
