He is survived by: his wife Sharla Sue West of Oak Ridge; his children, Finley Jay West (Connie) of Knoxville, Tina Wright of Knoxville and Penny Osborne (Sam); and his stepsons, Arvil Taylor and Rodney Taylor of Oliver Springs.
