He is survived by: his brothers, Bill Cagley (Heidi) and Tom Cagley (Dianna); his brother-in-law Steve Queener; his children, Jeffery Cagley (Tereasa), Tina McGhee (Jerry Dale), Joe Cagley, Chris Massie, Marianne Powers (AC), Angela Campbell (Ronnie), Tracy Parker and Mitchel Parker (Tammy); his grandchildren, Nick Parker, Matt Parker, Zach Parker, Josh Cagley, Jeri Nicole Manos, Blake Farmer, Nequila Watkins, Luke Campbell, Cooper Campbell, Shelby and Nick Carden; and his great grandchildren, Crew, Rhett Carden, Owen Parker, Mason, Emma Cagley, Porter, Pressley Manos, Ern, Reagan Powers, Kate, Case Haynes, Wyatt, Brooklyn Brock, Dallas, Easton, McKinleigh Watkins, Riley and Carter Farmer.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Weatherford Mortuary (158 S Jefferson Cir, Oak Ridge, TN 37830). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
