He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Leasure Phillips and Lettie King Phillips; his wife Becky Phillips; and his siblings, Elizabeth Ruth Wade and Paul K. Phillips.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Icenhour and Heather Phillips; his son-in-law Alan Icenhour; and his granddaughters, Melissa Icenhour Watkins and Abigail Icenhour Agentis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Waynesburg University in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania.
