He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Irene Thompson Blackerby and Justin Blackerby. He is survived by: his wife Karen McLeod of Oak Ridge; his siblings, Rich Blackerby (Carolyn Browder) of Morristown, TN and Molly Blackerby Brockman (John Brockman) of Casstown, OH.; his children, Mike Blackerby (Kim Davis Blackerby), Paula Anderson of Corryton, TN and Belinda Hooks of Oliver Springs, TN.; his grandchildren, Ashley Hooks, Rachel Anderson, Adra Anderson and Sara Anderson; and his great grandchild Emilia Thieke.
